What does the 100% guarantee cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover improper use, incorrect assembly or fair wear and tear that may be common in commercial use.
We will meet our full obligations to provide a remedy as stated under the Consumer Guarantees Act, except where a customer is a trade or business (as per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) in which case they are specifically excluded.
The warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other party.
What if I have a faulty product?
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact the office and provide the following information: Invoice number, date of purchase, description of item, best daytime contact number, and if possible photographic evidence of the fault. We will assess the information provided within 48hours and either replace, refund or arrange for the item to be returned.

What if my order has arrived damaged?
Every step will be taken to ensure that your goods are protected from damage during shipping. If you believe that damage has occurred during shipping please tell your delivery driver and ensure that they note packaging or product damage before you sign the Proof of Delivery.
Please advise us within 5 working days of any product damages. We will then assess whether damaged goods need to be returned for replacement or exchange.
Speed Power and Stability Systems will comply with its obligations pursuant to the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
