Flat Rugby Hit Shield Dimensions:
- 60cm Long
- 36cm Wide at the Bottom
- 40cm Wide at the Top
- 12.5cm Deep (foam thickness)
Narrower bottom width is designed for tackle and wrap front on tackling training. The narrow hit shield base allows players to wrap their arms around the shield and the holder.
The wider top width is designed for heavier in and up contact training where the ball carrier makes contact with the hit shield before going to ground.
