Orders are targeted for delivery within 3-5 working days. From time to time stock availability may extend delivery dates.
If your order is heavy or large, you will be prompted to request a quote at checkout . Shipping charges will be calculated by our staff and a delivery quote emailed to you for approval. If you are happy with the price you can proceed with your order.
Who will be delivering my order?
Local courier or transport providers will deliver your order. A signature is generally required upon delivery. Goods will not be left at premises unless authorised by you. If you have any specific instruction for our freight company, please fill in the Delivery Information box at checkout.
What if I am not at the address when the freight company delivers my order?
Our freight company will leave a calling card in your letterbox, or at the door, with instructions to contact them and arrange delivery. Your contact number will be provided to our freight company should there be an issue with delivery.
What if my goods are damaged when they arrive?
Every step will be taken to ensure that your goods are protected from damage during the shipping process. If you believe that damage has occurred during the shipping process please tell your delivery driver and ensure that they note packaging or product damage before you sign the POD (Proof of Delivery).
Please advise us within 5 working days of any product damages. We will then assess whether damaged goods need to be returned for replacement or exchange.
Speed Power and Stability Systems will comply with its obligations pursuant to the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
